Preheat oven to 180 C and line a dish with baking paper,
mine was about 9 x 4 inches.
Begin by blending the oats in a food processor or blender until you create oat flour, then add your beans, banana, egg, dates and all liquids, coconut oil, water, stevia. Leave the two chocolate powders out for now.
This will all work really well if you are using a food processor, if you are using a blender the ingredients can become thick and stuck. You can always add a little extra water to keep things moving.
Transfer combined ingredients to large mixing bowl and fold in the sifted raw cacao and carob powder. if you feel you need more water, add a further tbs. The mixture does dry out a little in the oven, so don’t be scarred.
Add mixture to you tray/tin and place in the oven for 30 minutes. I checked mine and felt it needed another 5 – 7 minutes but my dish was a little deep, so keep an eye on this.
Once cooled after baking, cut into generous pieces.
I hope you enjoy these guilt free brownies!
