Balance Balls

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husk
  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar/honey
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup currents
  • 2 - 3 tbsp warm water

Balance balls, protein balls, any form of ball are really the easiest thing to make!

Simply add all of the ingredients into a big bowl, and combine.

I made my own oat flour by adding rolled oats to  small Nutri Bullet. You may need to melt down your coconut oil if it has set hard also.

The water is to aid in binding the ingredients to make a perfect ball, I needed 3 tbsp of water, you may only need two, just keep playing until you are happy.
